The Society had an excellent day tour to county Cavan on the 8th June 2024. The Tour made visits to The County Cavan Museum in Ballyjamesduff, Drumlane Abbey and Round Tower, Corravahan House and Gardens a listed 1840 Georgian style house. The tour was blessed with wonderful summer sunshine throughout the day. To end the day the participants enjoyed a sumptuous dinner at the luxury 4 star Cavan Crystal Hotel in Cavan town before returning to Dundalk in the late evening.
